Terms & Conditions Agreement

By Becoming a BW Designs LLC customer, you are aware of the following terms and conditions of our company:

Product Availability

If you see an item for sale on our web site, that item should be in stock at that moment. However, the inventory on that item will not be committed to you until your checkout procedure is complete. If an item is a “one of a kind” or a “close out” item, there is a chance another customer may have ordered the same item during your selection process. That item could be taken if that customer checked out before you did. If this happens, you will be notified during the checkout process. Note: Most of our items are restocked continuously, and availability should not be a problem for you.

Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted on our website when ordering through our "online shopping cart" system. At the time the order is placed, the credit card transaction will be verified, authorized and completed via a secured server.

If you cannot pay by credit card, you will have the option of printing your order out. You must then place your order by mail or fax accompanied by a check or money order. All personal checks will be cashed immediately and orders will not ship until that check has cleared our bank.

Credit Cards

By submitting your credit card information through our secure online shopping cart system, you are authorizing BW Designs LLC to charge your credit card in the amount specified on your order. You agree that you are authorized to use the credit card specified for the purchase, and you will take steps so that no charge backs occur (by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase). You also understand that BW Designs LLC will appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy

Our online shopping cart system is an automated one. The moment your order is placed, the details of your order have already been received, your credit card payment has been authorized and your order is being processed. Due to the speed with which your order will be processed, our policy prohibits order cancellations once you authorize an order.


Claims for damaged merchandise from shipping must be made through the U.S. Postal Service.

All returns or exchanges must receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number) by filling out this form. You must request an RA# within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise (the date of receipt will be based on the Delivery Confirmation date stated by the U.S. Postal Service. Requested returns or exchanges after that date will not be accepted. Packages that have been refused at their final shipping destination will be handled as a return and will be subject to all applicable return fees.

All authorized returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with the RA #. The package must also include a contact person and a reason for the return or exchange.

All returns for credit will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is not refundable. All returns must be in absolute re-saleable condition. Any additional any damage will be deducted from the final credit (see "Credits" below).

NOTE: There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES for purchases made on our customized apparel, unless defective by the manufacturer upon arrival (this includes any apparel we put patches or embroidery on). Any patch shirts or jackets that become defective by a patch becoming detached can receive an RA# to be repaired by us.


Returned purchases will be processed less shipping and handling charges (less a 25% restocking fee). THERE ARE NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. Instead, all credits are made in the form of a store credit recorded under the RA number. The account holder can use this credit toward a new purchase. Credits not used within 6 months will expire, and BW Designs LLC will absorb the credit value.

Trademarks and Copyrights

BW Designs LLC holds certain trademarks and copyrights on its names and designs and anyone violating our sole rights to our trademarks and designs will be pursued lawfully. Any litigation between BW Designs LLC and another company or person will take place in and under the laws of Wisconsin. BW Designs LLC is not responsible for any lettering or designs that are submitted by the customer for custom embroidery. The customer is solely responsible for any copyrights or design right issues.
